By accessing and using FreightAI's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

FreightAI provides an automated billing platform for trucking companies, including document processing, invoice generation, and revenue recovery tools. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent documents
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the service to transmit malware or harmful code

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FreightAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the documents and data you upload to the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreightAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreightAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
